Produced in Buccheri, Sicily, this limpid oil is green in colour with golden reflections. With fruity hints of tomato, fresh cut grass and a delicate sensation of basil, apple and artichoke on the nose. The flavour is intense yet clean and balanced. It leaves a pleasant aftertaste of fresh vegetables.
