The spherification process was pioneered by culinary artist, Ferran Adria, at his infamous ‘El Bulli’ restaurant, on the Costa Brava of Catalonia. These translucent yellow pearls burst with the classic flavour of our signature medium ‘grand cru’ olive oil. Enjoy their aromatic, fruity, mildly bitter, yet sweet and buttery taste.
FOOD PAIRING: Fish, salad, vegetables, pasta & cheese
USAGE: Before use, turn the jar a few times, to release the pearls full aroma. The pearls keep their shape up to 60°C, so add them to cold food at any time, or after cooking, to garnish hot dishes.
