Ideal for sushi, sashimi, smoked salmon, carpaccio, pasta dishes, fish or meat tartare, salads, fresh cheese, finger food and blinis. Excellent for all recipes that require raw olive oil dressing.

USAGE: Before use, turn the jar a few times, to release the pearls full aroma. The pearls keep their shape up to 60°C, so add them to cold food at any time, or after cooking, to garnish hot dishes.
